POSTARCHIVE, INC (herein after referred to as “PAF” or “the Company”) regards the privacy of users as highly important and complies with all regulations concerning the “Act on Protection of Information and Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network.”
By stating its privacy policy as shown below, the Company hereby informs users of the purpose and use of personal information provided by the user to the Company, and the measures taken for the protection of their personal information.

SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped as DDP(Delivery Duty Paid) shipment, which means all customs duties or taxes are paid. All shipments are shipped via FedEx Express, but there could be unexpected delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses fulfilled or disasters.

RETURN POLICY
• Customers should request the return via email(cs@postarchivefaction.com) in 7 days from the receiving date.
• Exchange is not available for international orders.
• The product that customers request for the return must be shipped back to PAF in 14 days otherwise it could be cancelled.
• Ordered items must comply with POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) returns & refunds policy.
• Any ordered items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, tags, polyester bag and OC print and including all the packaging provided with it to get a refund.
• PAF is not responsible to lost or damaged products during shipment caused by insufficient packing, and PAF cannot proceed the refund in this case.
• If you receive an item damaged condition or if it does not quite match the description on site, please contact Customer Service team(cs@postarchivefaction.com) as soon as possible.

RETURN
• Once your request for a return has been accepted by our CS team, PAF will issue the return label and invoice to customers via email.
• After we issue the return label, customer will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to complete the return.

REFUND
• Refunds can take 2-3 business days, and please make sure that the refund will proceed subtracting the round shipping fee(varies by size and country), customs fees(calculated by local customs office) and PayPal transaction fee(4.4% of total amount of order+0.30 USD).
• In case customers get a partial return, the refund will process subtracting one-way shipping fee(30USD), customs fees(calculated by local customs office) and PayPal transaction fee(4.4% of total amount of order+0.30 USD).
